Theresa Pension is situated in the west part of the Venetian old harbour of Chania, next to the Naval Museum.

The building has been a part of the Venetian fortification of the old City between 1300-1645 and probably used as administration services.

In 1980 was  restaured and since then have been used as all year round guest house.
