There are only seven rooms in total on the  upper floors plus terrace with a beautiful view on Venetian Harbour connected with a commun kitchen, where all facilities are available for guests.

All rooms  have its own bathroom, air condition and TV. Inside you find one double bed and extra bed in a mezzanine over the bathroom, where more persons can rest. 

A constant particular care has been taken to create in each room an individual familiar ambience with restored furniture, some old photos from the City and the port, and  objects of everyday use of collection or prints.
